Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

At Zenit, operated by DS GLOBAL VENTURES LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. All products purchased through our official website are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Products that arrive damaged or not functioning as intended.

  • Items that are materially different from what was advertised.

If an item is approved as defective, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item with the same or equivalent product, or

  • Issue a refund.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) caused after delivery.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, impact, dropping, exposure to liquids (unless the product is advertised as water-resistant), or improper storage.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Damage caused by third-party carriers after successful delivery confirmation.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, marketplaces, or resellers.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

After 30 days, the warranty expires, and we are no longer obligated to repair, replace, or refund the item unless required by applicable law.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a claim:

  1. Email us at tiendazenit@proton.me.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos or video showing the defect

We may request that the item be returned for inspection. If the return is approved as a valid warranty claim:

  • For defective products: we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For non-defective products: if the item is found to be fully functional and in acceptable condition, the return may be treated as a standard return (see our Return & Refund Policy), and shipping costs may apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DS GLOBAL VENTURES LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of opportunity, or loss of profit resulting from product failure.
